Transitional Living Program
What is Transitional Living Program?
The Transitional Living Program (TLP) provides recovery support and life-skills training during the transition from living in fully supported housing models to living independently in the community. TLP also supports people in recovery who need help to stay independent in community.
Who is Transitional Living Program for?
People participating in TLP must be 19 years of age or older, be psychiatrically stable and have the ability to recognize the onset of a psychiatric crisis. Daily support is provided for up to two years, connecting people to various resources in the community. Participants must be able to cover the costs of food and clothing and be able to learn to do the basic activities of daily living.
