Who is Home Living for Children and Youth for?
Communitas provides full-time home living for children and youth with support needs. These are children whose needs may include complex medical conditions, mental health concerns and significant behavioural challenges. Living in a home environment with staff who provide 24/7 specialized care helps these children and youth live rich and full lives.
